That depends upon how many kilograms of water fall. If one kg of water falls 30 m, its kinetic energy increases by "mgh"= (1)(9.8)(30)= 294 joules. If 30% of that energy turns into "inner energy" then the energy of the water increases by 0.30(294)= 88.2 joules. How much will that increase the temperature of the water.
