Two resistors connected in series have an equivalent resistance of 690 ohms. When they are connected in parallel, their equivalent resistance is 150 ohms. Find the resistance of each resistor

If you have wire resistors A and B in series the total resistance is A+B .

If you put them in parallel, total resistance is AB/(A+B).

You have two equations in 2 unknowns - now solve for A and B.
