If it's a matter of not enough time. = there's an obvious opportunity for a piece of technology to allow us to communicate through the timeline (future to past, observable from the future from the present). Einstein said time is relative; from different frames of reference, one to the next. Communication as we already know it is, is already in place, the technology already exists. We know Albert was right, our technology in the GPS and satellites use the concept to Compensate, for this effect, (with a computer). Instead let's take advantage of the concept, using technology. It's an apparent opportunity, when one first learns that time is relative in different frames of reference, from one to another.

Of course, I've thought how to simply achieve this, the basic concept I've thought of, I can use as 1 example, if I need to further illustrate the opportunity, I'm talking about.

The idea is to simply link the two frames of time rate differences caused by relative motion observered from our frame, creating communication.

Keep the motion causing a slower time rate in an enclosed region like a circuit or track where the object in motion can be seen at all points in its path. Then alter the object or electron or whatever and my question is would not the alteration or signiture be seen by the observer from overhead in all points of the timeline? Present future past in the history of this apperatis is created / span of its duration?
That is my underlining assumption in this example.

Either way can't we capitalize and the difference in time rate in between frames of references?

We can if we have a TARDIS anyway.

Even if this were possible (which I very much doubt) we certainly don't have the technology. What you are trying for would mean that we would have to "intersect" one time frame with another running at two different rates. Barring some really (f)ugly Mathematics lurking in GR this intersection can only happen at one point in space-time so there is no way to compare them at a later time.

I was thinking if relativity still works on a atomic or quantum scale the same was the problem or not.

If the faster you go, the slower time runs,
So take something going a high fraction of c. Or at the speed of light when time is stopped.

Relative to you, when you're watching it, it would seem.

So take something going that fast. You wouldn't be able to track, it so well because of the vast distance it would travel, in a small amount of time.
So it's experiencing slower time rate : relative to you. = put it in a small region, of space, say in the palm of your hand. Send it around in a track in a circle.

I was thinking we already have things going that fast, like electricity. The magnetic field goes through the wire at c. The electrons tho, they go a high fraction of the speed of light. If you took one and sent it around for as much time of yours as possible, and, as it passed by a certain point in the circuit. As it goes by, you can mark it with an signiture. (Like a paint brush stationary as a car drives by, or some example). There are ways we can alter an electron I think. Not sure how radiation affects it. Maybe light can hit it. You can take an electron or anything bigger and give it some signiture as it goes by. I think radio waves themselves can carry information. So use the waves or the matter. If you use waves they would have to be changed in mid transit somehow. Maybe light propagation. Either way you'd have to monitor it some how. Maybe bounce a signal around. As the electron goes by in the circuit it can be observed to have its signature before its given it. Really at any point in the timeline of the apperatis.

The observation given at any point in the time line which can be viewed at any point in the timeline. Within the machine. Can be used to link points with communication. Via Morse code to start with if I were to describe it. Just a dot on the electron appearing on an electron.

You can't expect to be using a battery and a wire. You wound need some kind tube with magnets or some force accelerating or keeping in motion, maybe something as big as pieces of metal. It would have to go slower if course and have a longer or shorter affect in the time line the communication shows up at. Idk I never built the thing.

Okay so you do this or that, and find some way, you take advantage of when things go faster, time slows down. Use the difference in references in space. Like standing with the apperatis in the palm of your hand looking down at it, if it held something going the speed of c. In a circle.

You could use that to create basic communication with the user.

If this communication technology was ever assembled and worked out. It would have other potential uses in various technology. You've heard of the quantum computer.
The regular computer takes one thing an electron to be used as 1 or the other. The Quantum computer uses the electron to be more to do more in time. Do things faster in time. Well if you already knew the result of the outcome and its decision for use; before you had to take time, or send the information back and get to the next step sooner, and send that back.
