Confused why getting problem wrong, please help!

$F\cos{\theta} - T_1 = m_1 a$

$T_2 - m_2g = m_2 a$

$T_1 \times R - T_1 \times R = I \alpha \implies T_1 - T_2 = I \cdot \dfrac{a}{R^2}$

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- add the three equations term for term

$F\cos{\theta} - m_2g = a\left(m_1 + m_2 + \dfrac{I}{R^2}\right)$

$\dfrac{F\cos{\theta} - m_2g}{m_1 + m_2 + \frac{I}{R^2}} = a$
