Anton Wilson said 'millions of particles make up this 3d solid world which does not exist according to QM'. Is this claim true?

I really don't understand the question. What do you mean by "solid world?" Is it that, Classically speaking, the world appears to be made of continuous matter rather than atoms that are nearly all empty space according to QM?

Perhaps what you are thinking of is that every solid is made of molecules which are then made of atoms- and that atoms are mostly vacuum. There is a small dense nucleus surrounded by electron "clouds" in which each electron has a certain probability of being found at a particular point.
