Exclamation Problem finding Th

Hi guys,
I am having some trouble with the calculation of Th in a potato cannon lab. I have found most of the information needed to get the temp, though I don't know how to set it up.
Following is the list of variables I have found:

Volume - 1.39605L
Pressure - 141415
Change in volume - 1.39605L
Force - 1385.86
Area - .0098m^2
Measurements:
Cylinder 1 - .771m
Cylinder 2 - .655m
radius 1 - .025m
radius 2 - .0565m
height of potato when shot up - 57.9514m
potato mass - 1.755kg
time - 4.94 s
Velocity - 48.412 m/s
The type of gas that is put into the cannon is butane.

Can you give me some pointers on what I need to do to get closer to the goal or at least the variables that are left to find.

Thanks!

Attached is a sketch of the potato cannon
