Heat Transfer

A piston barrel made of alloy steel (k=34.5 W/m.K) has a shape of a hollow cylinder, of inside radius
of 0.4 cm, outside radius of 1 cm, and its length is large compared to its outer radius. The barrel is
mounted in a lathe undergoing a machining operation at its inside radius and it dissipates heat energy
at the rate of 3.95X104W/m length of barrel. The outside of the barrel is held at constant temperature
of 150C by spray cooling fluid. If the steady state condition prevails and if the temperature
distribution in the barrel is primarily radial derive an expression for steady state temperature
distribution and work out the highest temperature in the piston barrel during machining operations.

I'm stuck at the beginning of the question, its confusing me.
A hollow cylinder which radius 4cm and 1 cm.
