Time-invariance of the Stokes' equation

Hi there,

How to verify the time-invariance of the Stoke's equation "𝛻𝑝= 𝜇 𝛻^2 U + f "? I don't have a direct intuition about the time-invariance from the equation itself. I hope to learn physical meanings of the time-invariance for the equation.

Many thanks for your help and valuable time.
