Exclamation Determine the static regain in pressure for a pipe

hey any help with this Q would be great really stuck and the essay need to be handed in within 4 hours. thanks in advance...

Determine the static regain in pressure for a pipe whose inlet diameter is 0.6m and outlet diameter is 1m. The volumetric air flow is 3m3/s and the pressure loss factor is 0.25. Take air density as 1.2kg/m3.
