Is this the "Theory of Everything"? "One-state infinities not allowed"

Following and assuming logical steps;
  • Something exists, therefore Nothing (which is an infinity) can't exist.

    Nothing is a one-state infinity (it doesn't or can't change).

    No one-state infinities can exist.

    "Something" is not a one-state infinity since it exists, and must be a changing-state infinity.

Somethingness never exists at a moment. Its nature is constant change. It doesn't require something infinite at every moment, because it doesn't exist at every moment, like one-state infinities do.
Somethingness is a metaphysical necessity, it must emerge, because Nothingness can't exist.

Nothingness, in a similar way to how other one-state infinities require something infinite to be represented, can't be constructed, and doesn't exist in physical reality (e.g. circle constant Pi).

This is supported by everything we know (uncertainty principle, vacuum is constant fluctuations and not nothing). Meaning as well that some version of String (oscillation) theory must be correct.

I personally tend to agree with you, however;
Many people might dispute your postulate that no one state infinities can exist.
Many people actually believe that our universe is a complete 4D construct such that all activities are deterministic.

Again I personally find infinities and singularities philosophically troubling.
But my inability to comprehend does not (necessarily) preclude their existence.
