Redshift of the source

What is the redshit of the source given a lesning galaxu where the inner ring has a radius of 1.43" and a redshit of z = 0.609, the out ering has a radius of 2.07" and the redshift of the lensing galaxy is z 0.222.

Is the source already listed in the above or is there an equation to find it?

I've been fine with finding lensing galaxy mass and distances, but am completely lost on this one. Any guidance?
