Question Time machine

If someone makes time machine and travels in future or past then how will he return in present. Because his turn would involve acceleration and then Special relativity no longer apllies as it requires non accelerating frames of reference.

Nothing suggest that time travel is possible. Also, nothing suggests humans could survive such speeds.
