Shrodinger's Equation for Interactions between a magnetic monopole and an electron

OK so I've been stuck on a part of my project for university. I'm currently going through these notes and am stuck getting from 28 to 30. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bx...VhTTUREYzFRRTg

I've got this so far I don't know how to get any further or if I've gone wrong somewhere, any help out there?

Your image doesn't load, though the paper does. Can you try to repost your work or reference it to the paper?
