UV photovoltaic cells and max photon intensity

Hi Peeps
Im just seeking data on the current research/progress on narrow bandwidth photovoltaic cells developed specifically for short-wavelength UV light (UVC). My two main areas of interest relate to:
The lowest wavelength photovoltaic effect efficiently possible
The maximum feasible efficient photon intensity useable, for narrow bandwidth UV photovoltaic cells; Ive seen mention of 400, 500, and 1000 suns (1 sun = 1kW/m^2) for wide bandwidth cells - https://cleantechnica.com/2014/12/17...rce-1000-suns/
Links, documents, personal knowledge, and discussion, would all be very helpful
Thankyou, Gary
