The software is made by formula y=x. So when we take physics formula(y=x) into software, the computer works by the meaning of physics formula.

I think what you are aiming at here is the relationship between mathematics and physics.
There are substantial metaphysical debates about why mathematics and physics seem to have such a close relationship.

I personally feel it is simply a logical extension of the fact that if I have a bag containing one stone and I add another stone to the bag, the bag will contain two stones.
Or to put it another way 1+1=2.

Why people should start to think it strange or even magical that more complex situations can be matched to more complex mathematical equations baffles me.
