Maybe the biggest eccentric is just the tramp. The tramp walked aroud in Shunde city for a few days and could not see his beautiful recall. Maybe she is so beautiful a Goddess made up of gold, silver, jade and silk while he is just so shabby a tramp made up of only cigarette and wine. Maybe the different values of the fourth dimension principle is also applicable in their lives.
