Create anti protons

yes y not... for making the anti particles you have to strike the fast moving electrons in a tube by providing the great p.d then after the explosion you can get the anti particles for a very short time...

p.d. = potential difference. We have to accelerate the electrons and the only way to do that is to essentially stick them in a large cathode ray tube (linear accelerator) or a ring (cyclotron accelerator.)

Basically via E=mc˛
Pump enough energy, into a small enough space, and you can create whatever particle you like.
CERN (currently) has the biggest energy pump in the world...
