Let this be E joules. 30000 / E will give you the number of fissions per second. (30000 / E ) x 1000 x 60 x 60 fissions will be required for 1000 hrs of operation. The mass of U-235 required will be [(30000 / E ) x 1000 x 60 x 60 ] / 6*10^26 .
