People from Math Forums May Know Me

Hi everyone! I am Monox D. I-Fly, or Monoxdifly. This forum looks really similar to MMF layout-wise (or does any basic V-Bulletin forum look like this?). I think some people here have known me from math forums. When I saw the Who's Online list I saw some familiar names like topsquark and studiot. Glad to join you guys here!

Welcome
I have popped in to the MMF on occasion, but my maths capability is only medium (or perhaps mode).
I think you will find this forum is less busy than the MMF, but I actually like it that way, you can keep up with the discussions.

I notice the "Forum Admin" tag under your username. Are you the one who runs this forum?

I can do enough to keep things on an even keel but mash (the site owner) hasn't given me full privileges, though he's promised to more than once. At least I can do better than the MMF mods and keep things relatively in line. (I feel bad for them.) But don't ask me to fix a problem with your PMs and that sort of thing. All I can do is pass that on to mash.

Hoho... I thought you were this site's owner and thus purposely made this forum looks like MMF because that's what you're familiar with.

Nope. Frankly I think the look of the site needs an upgrade. IMHO it's too drab. We need more colors. By the by, I'm also an Ad on MHF. It'd be nice to see you there too. The more the merrier!

As it happens I've been a member of MHF for a long time, and I'm one of the founding members of PHF. I didn't join MMF until about two years (?) ago.

(And technically I'm an Ad on CHF as well, though I don't have the account.)

What's MHF and CHF? The more forums I joined the bigger the chance I'll get help.

MHF (Math Help Forum - Free Math Help Forums) is the parent site of PHF and CHF (Chemistry Help Forum - Free Chemistry Help Forum).

CHF is a real mess right now. No Ads and no Mods running the site yet.

Well, I am not interested in Chemistry, anyway (neither in Physics, actually). But I may register there once I get a task editing chemistry's Student Worksheet.
