pressure drop through orifice? Please help!

I am trying to determine the orifice diameter for a pressure drop through an orifice. The pressure before the orifice is 10 cmH2O, the set pressure after the orifice is 8 cmH2O. There is a flow rate or air through the pipe of 25 L/min.

To answer this one, I think you need to use a combination of Bernoulli's equation with Poiseuille's law:
