Finding centre of gravity using moments

Can someone please answer Question 13, i do not understand how to approach it.

Let $x$ = center of gravity distance from the front end

$\displaystyle \sum \tau = 0$

$25x - [16(0.6)+9(2.1)] = 0$

solve for $x$
