Basic Optics Question

I assume it is basic as we just started learning this Unit.

An object located in front of a concave mirror with a radius of curature of 0.8m produced an inverted image that is 3 times the size of the object. What is the object distance?
Given:

R = 0.8m
f = 0.4m
hi = 3(ho)
ho = 1/3(hi)

I think I can do something with the raidus of curvature but don't know, any help appreciated.
