lens questions about focusing light coming in from different angles to one set angle

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a coating or a lens that can focus light coming in from all different angles to a certain angle when it leaves the lens. Basically it would straighten all light coming in from all different, random angles to one set angle without diminishing the incoming light. I have made a crude illustration of what I am after below. Any info would be appreciated.

I haven't heard of this kind of coating or lens before. It is quite difficult to find this as normal optical lenses would simply reflect or refract the incoming light following the Snell's Law which is related to angle of incidence. If something like that is found, that would be incredible.

Maybe you may use total internal reflection to simulate this phenomenon like optical fibre, but I'm not sure
