i am thinking about light physics

i am doing research (actually doing revision) on color theory

however, i see there are two terms RYB and RGB color

As far as i understand RGB color is the primary colour of LIGHT that our eye cell has so that these three primary lights will make up all possible color of light. But what is RYB color then?? I really don't quite understand after google-ing for an hour.

Really so hard to understand RYB

For light, it is RGB(red-green-blue) and at the central region, their overlapping region is white.

For paint and pink, it is RYB(red-yellow-blue) at the central region, their overlapping region is black.

The difference between RGB model and RYB model is that RGB is an additive colour model in which the colours of light would "add up" while RYB is a subtractive colour model in which the colours "cancel out" each other.

Going to face the Hong Kong Advanced-Level Examination which is believed to be the most difficult AL exams in the world this year. I hope good results can be achieved.

I am sure they will. All the best.
