Draw a tangent to the circle at that point. Measure the angle that line makes with the circle, $\displaystyle \theta$. Determine $\displaystyle \phi$ from $\displaystyle \frac{sin(\phi)}{sin(\theta)}=\frac{1}{1.33}$.
