Draw the ray diagram of the spherical fish bowl

Well I'm stuck with the question 4a) here. Maybe someone can tell me how to draw the ray diagram and the reason for it. I'm happy for any help

A "ray diagram" would start with a line from a point on the fish to the global fish bowl, which you can represent as a circle. Draw a tangent to the circle at that point. Measure the angle that line makes with the circle, $\displaystyle \theta$. Determine $\displaystyle \phi$ from $\displaystyle \frac{sin(\phi)}{sin(\theta)}=\frac{1}{1.33}$.
