experiment to find the acceleration of an object down a ramp

Hi, I'm new to this site and I need some help~

I need to think of a few methods (experiments/labs) to find the acceleration of an object down an incline. Any ideas? Thanks!

Use the equation s = ut + 0.5at^2

s is the distance the object travels,
u will be the initial speed (releasing the object from rest might be the easiest way)
t is the time the object takes to reach the bottom of the incline,
a is the acceleration for you to find.

Repeat with different values of s and obtain several values of t. Then you can make a graph to find a.

Aside from the exact copy of the text that was the original question, what about the posts above didn't give you any ideas?
