The axis of a disk with radius of 0.05m is fitted into a slot that forms an angle of 30degs with the vertical axis. The disk is at rest when it is placed in contact with a conveyor belt moving at constant speed. The coefficient of kinetic friction between the disk and the belt is 0.2 and there is no bearing friction.

a) Express the acceleration of the centre of mass of the body, and its angular acceleration

b) Draw a free body diagram showing the applied forces and the equivalent force diagram showing the vector 'ma' or its components and 'Ia'

c) Write the three equations of motion and use them to determine the angular acceleration of the disk while slipping occurs.

HELP! Where should I start? Any help and advice would be very much appreciated, I need to hand this in tomorrow and have had a good crack at it without success!!
