Post Exotic Matter

In theory is it possible to create exotic matter with squeezed states of electromagnetic waves? If you can create negative energy using non-linear optics, then why can't you use two of these waves to produce negative matter and anti-matter pairs? Any and all comments are appreciated.

What do you mean by squeezed states of electromagnetic waves?

Never heard of such a thing. Can you provide a reference for this? Thanks.
