Don't be intimidated by what seems to be a huge question,
Try to break it down into smaller questions you can answer.
If the radius of a circle is 1.49x10^11m what is its circumference?

It takes a year for the Earth to go round this circle.
so the speed is the distance around the circumference per year.

I think there is a mistake in you post, I think where you have KWh you should have km/h (kilometres per hour)

How many hours in a year?
