Need a draft to be reviewed (like peer reviewed)

I am an independent researcher and I need to review my article. In the past, I published an article entitled "The Nokton Theory", but I have received no advice or assistance. I therefore reviewed the document (version 2.0) and I wish a more important review by helping me from the community of "http://physicshelpforum.com". The new version is published on this link Nokton theory v2.0. Here is the plan of the revision:
  1. We will look at the form of definitions and propositions from a mathematical point of view.
  1. We will look at the mathematical content of definitions and propositions.
  1. We will look at the total content from a physical point of view.
  1. We will look at the content from a languishing point of view.
  1. We will try to extend the document with new definitions and results.

You say "In the past, I published an article entitled "The Nokton Theory"". Published it where? If you published it in a reputable journal, then it should have been peer reviewed by reviewers of that journal. Do you mean that you "self published" on the internet?

Seems like your conclusion pretty much sums it up:

The theory contains a set of definitions that seemed necessary to me as a starting point. Currently, it
does not give any important results due to its complexity. Additional definitions must be introduced
such as the definition of mass, energy and particle. The determination of the values of the constants
Hg and He would be the bridge between my approach and the other approaches. An important effort
must be made to have the status of an acceptable physical theory and thus get out of speculation.
what is the theory trying to solve? Are you trying to fix the renormalisation problems of QM and GR or something else?

It is possible that the hypotheses I have put allow to solve the ad hoc hypotheses of QM or GR. I do not know until I have done the calculations.
Finally, if we succeed in deriving a method of perturbation computation of the theory then it is possible to answer several questions.
Currently I was able to do the calculation for a nokton isolated in 1D and partially in 2D.
I note that I was able to define what is a mass and a particle.
