Question Statics problem

A light rod AB of length 50cm is suspended from a fixed point O by two light inelastic strings OA, OB of lengths 40,30cm respectively. A particle of mass 3kg is attached to the rod at A and one of mass 2kg at B. In the position of equilibrium, find the tensions in the strings OA and OB, and the force in the rod AB.

I am just lost and confused on this question, any help would appreciated!
