a little derivative help....

Needing a little help how one could derive these formulas... I have attached a word doc. so that the sub/superscripts might make more sense. Thanks.

UB=1/2μ*B2
UE=1/2kε(ε2 )
L=μn2πr2*l
L=length of solenoid
n=n/l
