about the structure of NaCl

In Nacl, there is one Na+ ion at over all center. is it possible Cl- ion at center.

also there are 13 Na+ions and 14 Cl- ions . the reverse of this also be true or not.

I think you have been misinformed.

The coordination number of NaCl is 6:6, which means that each sodium ion is sourrounded by (directly) six chlorine atoms and each chlorine atom is sourrounded by six sodium ions.

Here is the structure.

Is this enough or do you need a more detailed explanation?

As Studiot points out,
The structure can be viewed equally well as:
Each Na+ is surrounded by 6 Cl-
and
Each Cl- is surrounded by 6 Na+
The symmetry of the structure means that both descriptions are equally valid.
(the picture posted by Studiot should make this clear).

I cannot see where you got the 13 Na+ and 14 Cl- from at all.
