Thermodynamics Problem Help Please?

Our professor hasn't given us any notes on this topic yet and I am having issues finding relative notes online. If anyone could give me a nudge in the right direction that would be appreciative!

One kilogram of air is in a piston-cylinder is at 500kPa, 450K. If the surroundings are at 100kPa, 300K, determine the EXERGY or Available Energy of the air. Then, if the air expands reversible and adiabatically to 100kPa, what is the useful work that the piston-cylinder can do?
