Temperature Vs refractive index

I am designing a Refractometer witch measures concentration of a liquid.
Generally I want to know what is the relation between "Temperature" of the liquid and its "refractive index".
Is there something like a tensor or a matrix for each liquid to describe relation between these two parameters?
