Physical quantity that is conserved?

A physical quantity which is conserved in a process:

A)must have the same value for all observers
B)can never take negative values
C)must be dimensionless
D)need not necessarily be a scalar

Only one option is correct.Please give your reasoning for selecting a particular option.

I'd say D).
A) is false because as a conter example I think angular momentum doesn't satisfies this property.
B) and C) are false... And a vector quantity can be conserved (I think!) so clearly D) is good to me.
If the problem is too hard just let the Universe solve it.
