Differential collision cross section
Derive the differential collision cross section for hardsphere particles of diameters d1 and d2.
So I tried to work this out on paper and I *think* I got somewhere but I'm not 100% sure.
Basically, I assumed the problem could be solved the same way as a particle colliding with only 1 hard sphere but with a diameter of (d1+d2)/2.
Can someone take a quick look and tell me if I'm doing something wrong?
