At the surface of the wire, the magnitude of the magnetic field is B = 8 mT. what is The magnitude of the magnetic field 5 mm from the axis ??

What have you tried so far?
I'll give you a hint anyway : What is the magnetic field of an infinite wire?
Can you solve the problem from there?

Forum rules require that you show an attempt to solve the problem before you recieve help. This is explained in the Sticky above in the thread labled Must read before posting a problem : please show your attempt!
