Is Halls effect electromagnetic Induction?

Need to explain if halls effect is or isnt electromagnetic induction.I think the answer is no but I'm not sure why. They both react when a magnetic field is present,it sounds similar.

Both the Hall effect and induction deal with a potential difference between two surfaces of a material. I don't know a lot of the details but they are different since the size of the Hall effect depends on the material in question, not just on the potential difference between the surfaces. But they are, in fact, related.

Here's a decent article on the Hall effect.
