Spherical Capacitors

A spherical capacitor consists of two concentric conducting shells of radius R1 and R2. The outer shell has charge Q. The inner shell is grounded (i.e, V=0). Show that the charge on the inner shell is -QR1/R2.

I am not sure if i'm using the right equation, which is: Q/V = 4pi*e0*r
